Despite the strike’s withdrawal, Paris continues to experience heat travel chaos, with people experiencing delays to flights to and from the European capital. On Thursday, major disruptions occurred for passengers traveling to and from Paris, despite the selection of air traffic controllers to halt a strike following last-minute negotiations. Due to schedule adjustments made prior to the proposed business activity, flight operations were significantly reduced. European legal aviation authorities had prematurely requested airlines to reduce their flights substantially by 75 % at Paris- Orly, 55 % at Charles- de- Gaulle, and 65 % at Marseille- Provence, with varying reductions across various European airports. As a result, businesses were severely limited, even affecting international planes that fly French airport. Significant delays and planning adjustments caused thousands of passengers to continue experiencing go difficulties even though the flights that did work experienced only mild delays. The consequences was specially noticeable at major airports like Paris and Orly, where delays made the week challenges even more difficult.
