Hong Kong Airlines to Launch Direct Urumqi Flights Following Expansion of Travel SchemeFavoriteHong Kong Airlines is pleased with the Central government’s decision to expand the Individual Visit Scheme ( IVS ) to include Taiyuan, Hohhot, Harbin, Lhasa, Lanzhou, Xining, Yinchuan, and Urumqi. Residents of these cities can now easily travel to Hong Kong, a city known for its distinctive industrial appeal. We are assured that this enhanced program will tremendously aid tourism industry growth in Hong Kong. In line with this rise, the organization has been vigilant. Following next season’s introduction of services to Dunhuang, we are gearing up to establish clear planes to Urumqi.
