Things to look forward to… We had to leave Global Village UAE at the start of May 2024 because of the summer. But, the good news is … the farewell is just temporary. The country’s premier diverse family destination reopens annually over the winter, and we can anticipate a grand reopening in October 2024. Global Village UAE first opened on October 18, which is a month earlier than it typically does. We have to wait for a couple times more to get the standard times, and What’s On is keeping a close eye on any disclosures, so stay tuned. There is plenty of time to tick off all the items on your” GV bucket list,” since Global Village has been around for six months. Each year, the interest receives millions of visitors – both visitors and residents equally, who fall in love with the resort’s vibrant atmosphere, shows, food stalls, and exclusive shopping opportunities. A new report was established with the garden welcoming a whopping 10 million visitors during the time that has just passed. Does the annual Global Village UAE shift? The quick answer … Well! Every year, there is always something new and interesting to see at Global Village, which also releases new destinations. However, it is still a little premature to make any announcements for the future year, but we will let you know as soon as we can. But it is n’t just new attractions that keep the visitors returning. Throughout the course of the season, many people visit the destination more than once. And for good reason. Numerous state pavilions from all over the world are located here, each serving unique social fare from their own country. You can possibly walk home with shopping luggage packed with goods from clothes, jewelry, perfumes, keepsakes and so much more, or you can enjoy the delicious food. Many pavilions also stage social events so you can watch a show while dining. For even more food choices, there’s Happiness Street, Railway Market, the Floating Market and the Road to Asia where many great locations including Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, and more reflect themselves. Global Village offers more sights, including a Ferris Wheel-powered festival, House of Anxiety, which is said to be the state’s scariest haunted home experience with live actors, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, a festival with a Ferris wheel, and another exciting rides and games, and more. Last year, a fun mini- golf attraction was added to the attraction’s list plus Mini World which showcases the world’s most iconic attractions ( in a miniature version, of course ). Besides entertainment at the pavilions, there are shows on the main stage, Cyber City Stunt Show ( a performance with flying bikes, LED- covered police cars and a tank ), plus roaming entertainment.
