Chef Luke Borg brings with him over 16 years of culinary experience on the world stage, from Denmark, Malta, Mozambique, Thailand and more.
Chef Luke has undergone training at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants, which are: three Michelin-starred La Vie, two Michelin-starred Restaurant De Kromme Watergang, and four one Michelin-starred restaurants across Crotia, France and the Netherlands, he brings a wealth of experience with him to The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi.
Throughout his career, Chef Like has been named as European Chef of the Year in 2014 by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, and successfully launched the Salalah Food Festival during his time at the Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara. Oman, where Michelin-starred chefs collaborated with the hotel in a series of guest shifts.
