Sheikh Hamdan announces free temporary accommodation, foods and help to flood-affected people

The Dubai Land Department ( DLD ) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency ( RERA ) have agreed to provide residents with alternative housing, food, and enhanced security free of charge under the guidance of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai. The Dubai Crown Prince made the announcement over the weekend as part of a thorough authorities plan to combat Dubai’s extreme conditions. Personal management companies and real estate developers have been given the task of providing free temporary accommodation, food distribution to the neighborhoods, and help with the return to home properties. However, indoor cleaning solutions, monitoring and documenting damages caused by the rains during the plan cover time; Real estate developers must also provide guidance in assessing possible threats to properties.
