Vietnam intends to use a luxury coach to increase regional tourism.

The top tour company in Vietnam, Vietravel, has suggested the launch of a luxury coach services in an effort to hasten the recovery of native tourism.
The five-star coach, which would be built in cooperation with the Vietnam Railways Corporation, would have sumptuous rooms, contemporary services like facilities and entertainment venues, and a dining car serving local specialties prepared by neighborhood chefs.
The coach, which is adorned with regional painting, aims to give passengers a distinctive 5-star knowledge while also advancing the growing pattern of train travel in Vietnam.
According to statistics from the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, domestic tourists using train services increased by 15 % last year, and international visitors choosing to travel by train rose by 20 %.
The 2, 600-kilometer network of trains in Vietnam is run by the state-owned Vietnam Railways.
The North- South Railway, the main thoroughfare, runs 1, 726 km between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. With some regular and mingled gauge lines in the north, the majority of the country’s railroad system operates on meter gauges.
The second railroads in Vietnam were built in the 1880s, and the Yunnan-Vietnam and North-South trains underwent major construction during the later 19th and early 20th centuries.
