As you get ready for the feast that lies ahead, we offer three-hour packages that run between 12 noon and 4 pm, including pickled yuzu white and grapefruit salt edamame. Then up you’ll see the tables filled with Wagyu meat tataki with chocolate eq, algae dish, sushi and sashimi. Next up are the popular starters, which include thinly sliced Wagyu meat, marinated yogurt with crispy avocado tempura, and black cod and oyster gyoza with citrus miso sauce. For mains, there’s seasoned black fish with lemon miso soup, as well as grilled tiger prawns, chicken teriyaki, and grilled dark Angus tenderloin with chipotle soy glaze.
