According to a study conducted by Tipalti, a renowned global financial firm, Oman Air is the best airline for business-class travel.

The skies are getting hotter as competition heats up in the flurry of worldwide business travel. The results of the Business Travel Index, released by the renowned worldwide financial firm Tipalti, are nothing short of surprising to some. The index carefully analysed the premium services provided by the best airlines in the world, from the design of their business-class cabins to the friendliness of their flight attendants.

When looking at the numbers, it’s clear that eight airlines have reached new heights, each offering equally impressive business-class lounges. Oman Air, Cathay Pacific, EVA Air, Qatar Airways, Asiana Airlines, Kenya Airways, Gulf Air, and Turkish Airlines are only a few of the other major airlines worldwide. These airlines were given a perfect score of 4 out of 5 stars, demonstrating the high quality of service they consistently provide.

Winners, however, tend to attract other high achievers. Asiana Airlines did well with a perfect score of 5/5 since their Wi-Fi was lightning fast. Kenya Airways, on the other hand, received 5/5 for its spotless restrooms and showers. However, Asiana’s lounges entice business travellers with more than just the scores; they also have full-body massage recliners. However, Kenya Airways impresses passengers with its lounges decorated like African landscapes, raising the expectations for luxury travel experiences.

Tipalti also analysed the in-flight services provided by business class cabins for passengers who care more about the experience than the transit time. The top five airlines all received perfect scores of 4.5 out of 5. Among the world’s best airlines, EVA Air, Vistara, Qatar Airways, Japan Airlines, and Singapore Airlines stand out as the best. For example, you may enjoy a traditional afternoon tea service with Qatar Airways. Business-class passengers on Vistara, meanwhile, are offered a welcome drink and a culinary journey combining Indian and international dishes.

Oman Air has the most comfortable business-class seats, and they also have the best lounges. A detailed review has determined that this airline provides the best business-class service, adding to the airline’s already excellent track record of quality.

Oman Air, which operates out of Muscat International Airport, connects passengers to more than 50 key destinations, making it a cornerstone of global business travel.

Japan Airlines collaborates with renowned chefs such as Mishina Jun and Namoe Shinobu to provide haute cuisine at 35,000 feet for those who appreciate exquisite in-flight experiences.

The investigation, including in-depth insights and extensive data, is available on the official website of Tipalti: Tipalti Business Travel Index.
